Shivam is hiring for the position of Data Management Officer based in Ghaziabad. The Data Management Officer will be primarily responsible for coordinating program data management and fulfilling reporting requirements to the national office. The position will report to the Manager and company partner.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Conduct verification and data quality checks_
- _Perform data entry efficiently and systematically and regularly maintain back-up of data._
- _Verify accuracy of the data entered into the computer by performing periodic data quality checks; prepare and submit reports to the supervisor._
- _Maintain timelines and accuracy in submitting up-to-date activity logs and completed data entries, follow-ups, and quality checks._
- _Maintain documents and report files._
- _Assist in data collection and conduct field visits for follow-up assessments as needed._
- _Support manager in analyzing data and generating relevant graphs and information._
- _Monitor and ensure timely dissemination of data, indicators and reports._
- _Design and develop data management tools in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access._
- _Coordinate and communicate with partners to support effective project data collection and documentation._
- _Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to ensure sound functioning of the office and achievement of program goals._

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience as an Front Desk Executive/Data Entry Operator reporting directly to senior management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Graduate; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
- Respond to inquiries regarding entered data.
- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital formats.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
