Job Position:

- Civil Sales

Location: Ghaziabad

Responsibility:

- Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate civil engineering products and services.
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure client satisfaction and product improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
