**Job Title: TERETTORY BUSINESS EXECUTIVE/SALES TEAM LEADER (STL)**

**Responsibility**:

- Planning and achievement of DSE-wise (Sales Executive) Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area
- Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area
- Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives / priorities
- Analysis and planning of business DSE-wise/ customer-wise / Product category/ SKU-wise for the assigned area.
- Skill upgradation of Sales Executives
- Ongoing Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives

Ensure proper collection for assigned area

**Education**:Post Graduates or Graduates in any discipline, Working

Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

**Experience**: About 4 - 5 years of sales work experience in FMCG along with team handling

**Language**: English & Fluency in local language

**Key Criteria**: High Initiative & Follow through skills, Persuasive Communication skills, Strong

Leadership skills and exceptional maturity levels; lower middle class (needy) background,

eligible power of influence, non-unionized environment,

Age not more than 35 years.
**Location**: Vadodara,Anand - Gujarat

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
