Job Title: CRM Executive - Fire Fighting and Plumbing
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the fire fighting and plumbing industry.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries promptly.
2. **Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of fire fighting and plumbing projects.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
3. **Technical Understanding**:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of fire fighting and plumbing systems to effectively communicate technical details to clients.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients during project implementation and maintenance phases.
4. **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve processes and services.
5. **Sales Support**:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling fire fighting and plumbing services.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
6. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, project status, and other relevant metrics.
7. **Training and Education**:
- Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of fire fighting and plumbing systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to share knowledge with clients.
8. **Problem Resolution**:
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project implementation or maintenance phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Any Graduate.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the fire fighting and plumbing industry.
- Strong technical understanding of fire fighting and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
