**Job Title: Sales Associate (International Voice & non-voice process)**

Location: Remote - Pacific Timezone

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our international sales efforts. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your excellent English verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers from around the world. Experience in sales within an international voice process environment is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective international customers through outbound calls to present and promote our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing the value of our offerings and closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to expand our customer base in international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deals won or lost in the CRM system.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training programs and actively seeking feedback from team members and supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international voice process setting.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving revenue growth.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track customer interactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones, if required.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
