We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and digital marketing needs.
- Present and promote our digital marketing services to prospects, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits.
- Develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and client acquisition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for prospecting, pipeline management, and reporting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
