**What you will be doing**:
As an Inside Sales Associate - Recruiter Partnerships, you would be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. If you draw energy and satisfaction by researching and generating potential leads and have a knack for problem-solving, this is the role for you.

**Responsibilities**:
Research, target, and create new job opportunities with recruiters-
- Develop targeted messaging to engage potential companies and relevant POCsBuilding Rapport with clients through value-additive & engaging communication.-
- Using various social media platforms for communication/networking-
- Qualify prospects by understanding batch requirements and placement goals-
- Update CRM system with all new leads and related communications**Must-Have Skills**:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development or client facing roles-
- Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing with the ability to think on one’s feet-
- High accountability and responsibility to ensure flawless execution on a day-to-day basis-
- A user-focussed mindset to execute activities to deliver an outstanding experience to all stakeholders-
- Empathy and a high Emotional Quotient to actively engage with clients, understand & solve their challenges-
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and comfort with the general usage of tools and technologies that support process automation-
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results to independently manage placements process operations-
- Good attention to detail**Good to Have Skills**A structured approach to problem-solving, which involves struggling with the problem until you are able to isolate the Why before coming to the solutions-
- Experience of content writing will be a plus**What is the recruitment process**:
As a small team (~75 folks), it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation (telephonic/video conference) with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 8 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over telephonic calls, so you don’t need to worry about travel.
- **Skill Assessment Task**: This will be a task that assesses you on some of the core skills you’ll need to succeed in this role.-
**Technical conversation**:This will be a call with our current Recruiter Partnerships team wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your management skills and other competencies needed for the job (mentioned below).-
**Culture fit conversation - 1**: A conversation with a senior HR / B2B member to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.-

**Extending an offer**:If all goes well, we will extend an offer by mentioning the relevant details**Compensation & Schedule**:
- You should expect 4.5 L INR / annum as your salary with a 90-10 split between fixed and variable.-
