**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:Initiate and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, positioning Vediti Ayurveda products as essential for their well-being.
**Sales Outreach**:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Vediti Ayurveda products and services.
Utilize product knowledge and persuasive skills to drive sales and meet monthly targets.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about Vediti Ayurveda's product offerings and the benefits they bring to customers.
Educate customers on the unique features and advantages of Vediti Ayurveda products.
**Order Processing**:Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
**Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams based on customer feedback.
**Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions and order details.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to team discussions for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Ayurveda or holistic wellness is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
