Admin Executive

1. Oversee and coordinate daily office operations.
2. Increase office efficiency by implementing effective administrative procedures and systems.
3. Organize and maintain office records and filing systems.
4. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking and equipment setup for meetings/events.
5. Manage housekeeping staff and ensure a clean, well-maintained office environment.
6. Provide basic IT support, including configuring systems for users and troubleshooting basic networking issues.
7. Manage vendors, including negotiating terms and conditions for supplies and services.
8. Coordinate with different departments to understand their administrative needs and provide timely support.
9. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets for reporting and documentation.
10. Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
