Receptionist/facility Administrator

Greet and welcome guests and dogs as they arrive at the office, give facility tour when needed
Gather information, complete/update/cancel client bookings as needed
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Communicate to clients of dog activities, photos, videos, issues etc through out the day.
Communication required during off business hours
Manage and track staff rotation and activities
Maintain and track bills and receipts
Coordinate with staff members to make sure dogs are taken care off
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Update calendars and bookings for clients
Handle dogs temporarily when needed
Dog friendly, able to be around dogs, receive clients with dogs
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency using computers and client management software
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Ability to manage staff members and maids
Ability to manage clients off business hours, share dog information in the morning and evenings.
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to speak in Telugu, Hindi and English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
