Position: Front of Executive - Female
Experience: fresher / 1 to 2 years
Job Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
- Highly motivated and great interpersonal skills.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Overseeing the front office operations and maintaining the contact list of visitors and general administration
- Communicate and ensure understanding by employees of laws, regulations, and organisational policies and answer questions by managers and employees as needed.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Experience support will be advantage.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
**Skills**:
- Fluency in English must.
- proficient in MS office
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Good convincing ability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
