Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for [Company Name] by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products or services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new leads for sales opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products or services.
- Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals that meet both the client's and company's objectives.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager on customer needs and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the construction chemical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
