A **Client Servicing Executive** manages a client's digital strategy to improve their digital presence and to achieve their digital marketing goals. Ensuring a strong relationship with existing and potential clients.
**As Client Servicing Executive at Telco, you’ll get to**:
- Provide hands on support with delivery of digital campaigns.
- Build long term associations with global clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide solutions by finding ways and means cutting across functions by understanding their business objectives.
- Manage delivery through management of work flow, resource requirement and quality of output.
**Ideally, you should have**:
- Masters degree in Management, preferably specialised in Marketing.
- Certifications/ Courses in Digital Marketing.
- **Minimum 1 to Maximum 2 years of experience in the Digital industry is mandatory.**:
- The ability to define, create, and complete a technical task.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project management, problem solving and people management skills.
