Lifespark is currently building solutions for Parkinson’s Disease, and we are looking for a sales executive to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is communicated.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service procedures.
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Receive training and develop knowledge in our products, services, and customer service best practices.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eager to learn and grow within a customer support role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
