Customer Service Executive

We’re hiring Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our Call Center US Voice Process. The person will handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls to provide product/services information, answer questions, insights, and assistance for purchases.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_
Answer inbound calls from customers and Make outbound calls to customers.
Memorise scripts for products and services, and refer to customers during calls.
Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to go off-script when necessary
Communicate effectively and professionally with US customers.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information.
Maintain quality parameters and provide extensive and accurate product information to the customer.
Keep records of all conversations, purchase and billing information in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Reroute / escalated customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions and confirmations are handled appropriately.
Identify opportunities and drive sales and revenue of the company’s existing product line.
Manage orders and ensure the prompt delivery to customers as per the company policy.
Meet performance metrics and sales targets.
**Skills Required**:
Good Verbal, writing, reading and listening skills. (US English).
Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
US process experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
Should be able to work in night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
