We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Representative** fluent in **Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam** to join our dynamic team in the **BPO** sector. As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively in **Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam** will be crucial in assisting our diverse customer base in a **call center** environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer service database to ensure accurate records and follow-ups in the **BPO** environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience in **Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam**.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers in the **call center**.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in **Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam** is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in a **customer service** role, preferably in a **call center** or **BPO** environment, is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in handling customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or communication are a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural **BPO** setting is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
