Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at The Brand Fuzz, your primary responsibility will be to contact and convert leads into clients. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and maintaining client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through effective branding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Conversion**: Call and engage with leads generated through various marketing channels, effectively communicating the value of our branding services.
- **Client Management**: Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- **Sales Process Management**: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and tailor branding solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and the benefits of our services.
- **Follow-Up**: Diligently follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and address any questions or concerns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of clients and alignment of expectations.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM software.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
