EDUCATION: BBA/MBA MARKETING; HOTEL MANAGEMENT
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 yrs
LANGUAGE: English, Hindi, Marathi
OTHER SKILLS:
Regional Sales Manager has responsibility to drive sales region wise as well as the supervision of a Unit Sales Team in his region
Supporting Unit Sales Team with New Calls and decision for acquisition
Maximizing key revenue streams to ensure business from all related segments. Building relationships with potential and past clients
As required, attend trade shows, cold calling and networking events in your region to bring new bookers and contacts into the hotel.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly Sales reports.
Organize, file and retrieve documents in appropriate binders in order to maintain essential records used in the department operation.
Managing the processes, we have in place to collect customer feedback and comments.
Identify positives and build on these to improve our products.
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
Ability to travel as needed and excellent communication skills.
Ensure that all guests checks, payments, master folios and advanced deposits are submitted to Accounting
Identify operational problems that impact the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department heads on solutions
Managing the Hotel’s database.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Establishing a process to ensure all new customers and contacts are entered.
Organise and implement training programs for Unit Sales in your region
Work with the Operations Manager: To review constantly and our Competitive Set hospitality products
