**Job Description: Tele Sales Executive (Kannada Language)**
**Position Overview**:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Tele Sales Executive with proficiency in Kannada language to join our sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products/services over the phone. Your strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will be essential to achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in Karnataka region, primarily speaking in Kannada.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to match their requirements effectively.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle objections and concerns raised by customers, addressing them professionally and attempting to convert objections into opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate their advantages to customers.
- Utilize a CRM system to document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner, nurturing relationships and moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Participate in regular sales training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful feedback to the team and improve sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Kannada language is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages will be a plus.
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally, turning them into opportunities for engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for tracking customer interactions is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
