Designation: Supplier Success Executive ( B2B Sales & Client Relationship Management)
Location : BKC, Bandra, Mumbai
We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Supplier Success Executive. The main goal of the Supplier Success Executive is to ensure we build the best relationship and offer excellent service to our suppliers to create a happy supplier base for Nivoda and make suppliers refer Nivoda to other suppliers. This position will be working closely with the supplier sales team and IT team and fulfilment team to ensure all the suppliers are live on the platform and they consider us as one of their important customers.
Nivoda is a young and energetic global team headquartered in London with offices in Mumbai, New York, Hong Kong, Antwerp and Amsterdam.
We are an extremely fast-growing B2B marketplace changing how the global jewelry industry operates. We connect buyers and sellers of jewelry on our online platform and facilitate the most transparent, efficient and cost-effective way to sell and buy jewelry.

The company's sales have grown over 250% in the last 12 months, and the team has grown from 30 to almost 200 internationally. We are a global team of big thinkers, risk takers and hard workers.
**What you'll do**:
All suppliers are live on the platform with correct data
- Make sure no suppliers are on Expired/ Pending Stage
- Working hand in hand with the IT team, suppliers sales team and the suppliers to make sure all the suppliers stock are live
- Get deep into the error/ problems of all the stock on the Expired/ Pending tab
- Weekly reporting on progress of increasing online suppliers, why or why are we not on target, how do we get there.
- Make sure we are receiving all the correct data from the suppliers
- Keep on comparing their prices on Nivoda and other website to ensure we get the best prices from the suppliers
**Build long-term relationship with the suppliers**:
- Build long term relationships with all onboarded suppliers
- Resolve daily issues with the suppliers mentioned by the fulfilment team
- Educate the suppliers about our platform and new features
- Meet the regular targets of up-selling and cross selling
- Work on different projects with the suppliers within the timelines
**What you'll need**:
- 2+ years' experience in sales
- Highly passionate about B2B sales and client management
- Experience with dealing with clients and maintaining a long-term relationship
- Ability to speak fluently in Hindi and English
**Preferred Skills**:
- B2B sales, & client relationship management
- Dedicated, honest, highly energetic, and possess a positive approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-Driven individual and detailed oriented
- Verbal skills in Gujarati preferred, not mandatory
