We are currently seeking a personable and efficient individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive for our esteemed student visa consultancy firm. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for those seeking our consultancy services. Your responsibilities will involve managing front desk operations, addressing inquiries, and facilitating the smooth flow of communication within the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Reception**:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Create a welcoming environment and provide initial assistance to clients arriving at the consultancy office.
- **Inquiry Handling**:
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments for further assistance.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule appointments for client consultations with Country Counselors and other relevant staff members.
- Maintain an organized and efficient appointment calendar.
- **Document Collection**:
- Ensure that all required paperwork is complete and accurately filed.
- **Information Dissemination**:
- Distribute informational brochures and materials as needed.
- **Office Administration**:
- Assist in general office administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating courier services, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- **Communication Liaison**:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
- Relay messages and information to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
