Position Title: Outdoor Media Planner

Location: Borivali West, Mumbai, India

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Client Collaboration:
Liaise with clients to understand their advertising objectives, target audience demographics, and campaign goals.

Collaborate with clients to develop customized outdoor media plans that align with their marketing objectives and budgetary constraints.

Present media recommendations and strategic insights to clients, addressing their feedback and requirements.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify key outdoor advertising opportunities in the Borivali West area and beyond.

Analyze demographic data, traffic patterns, and competitor activity to inform media planning decisions.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in outdoor advertising to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Media Planning and Strategy:
Develop strategic outdoor media plans that leverage a variety of formats, including billboards, transit shelters, digital screens, and street furniture.

Select optimal media placements and locations to maximize reach, frequency, and impact for target audiences.

Utilize creative thinking and innovative strategies to differentiate campaigns and drive engagement.

Vendor Management:
Identify and evaluate outdoor media vendors and networks to secure premium media placements for clients.

Negotiate competitive rates, discounts, and added value opportunities to achieve cost-effective campaign outcomes.

Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertising placements.

Campaign Implementation and Monitoring:
Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, and media vendors to execute outdoor advertising campaigns according to plan.

Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness, tracking key metrics such as impressions, reach, and engagement.

Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the success of outdoor media placements and identify opportunities for optimization.

Budget Management:
Develop detailed media budgets and cost estimates for outdoor advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client budgets and financial objectives.

Monitor spending and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved budgets.

Identify opportunities to optimize media spending and reallocate resources for maximum ROI.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports and performance dashboards to track the progress and effectiveness of outdoor media campaigns.

Analyze campaign data and metrics to extract actionable insights and recommendations for future optimization.

Present campaign results and insights to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in outdoor advertising and media planning.

Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Share expertise and insights with team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in media planning, advertising, or marketing, with a focus on outdoor media (preferred).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.

Proficiency in media planning tools and software.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with digital marketing and emerging technologies in outdoor advertising (a plus).

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
