**Position Overview**:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for actively promoting and selling a company's products or services to potential customers in their designated geographical area. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can build and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales goals/targets. In the case of our company the sales representative is required to visit colleges for Business to Business (B2B) collaborations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Identify and prioritize potential clients in the assigned territory.
- **Product Expertise**: Possess in-depth knowledge of company offerings, effectively communicate benefits, and handle customer queries.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase product value.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, developing strategies for goal surpassing.
- **Territory Management**: Efficiently manage the sales territory, prioritize visits, and maximize opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences, providing feedback to the company.
- **Travel**: Prepare for frequent travel within the territory, including overnight stays.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role/ Freshers must have knowledge of sales.
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Well and good if you are from Edtech/Fintech background
