**Job Summary**: As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Zee Infra Real Estate Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify potential buyers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct site visits with prospects, provide information about the projects, and address their queries effectively.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet sales targets.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our projects.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content for advertisements, brochures, and online platforms.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Analyze customer preferences and feedback to improve products and services.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Results-driven with a strategic approach to achieving sales targets.
