**Job Title: Female Sales Executive - Real Estate Consultant**
**Location**: Vile Parle, Mumbai
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our real estate properties, including their features, benefits, pricing, and availability.
2. Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
3. Conduct property tours and showcase units to prospective buyers, highlighting their unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns.
4. Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
5. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and the company.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies to attract potential buyers.
7. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
8. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to provide updates and address any issues.
9. Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and inventory status using CRM software.
10. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and achievement.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
3. Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to handle objections effectively.
4. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
7. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client appointments and events.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
9. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is required, with proficiency in other regional languages considered an advantage.
