Profile introduction:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele caller to join our dynamic team in the Travel and Tourism sector. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, showcasing our exciting travel packages and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our travel and tourism offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor travel packages to meet their needs.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive and engaging interaction with every caller.
- Keep updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings based on business needs.
- Language: English, Hindi, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
