- Familiarity with CRM systems

**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers/Sales Representatives. As a Telecaller/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, showcasing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to our sales team and contribute to the growth of the organization

**Requirements**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Present and explain our products/services to prospective clients.
- Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and address inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or Sales Representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,512.60 per month
