**Introduction**:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and goal-oriented team, responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with potential customers. Your primary focus will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and contribute to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts through effective telecalling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers with the objective of promoting our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
- Document all telephonic interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and provide support in achieving sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
