Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- familiarity with reservation systems

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Reservation Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our customers and the reservation department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, assist customers in making reservations, and provide them with necessary information about our services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, contributing to a positive and efficient reservation experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with reservation inquiries.
- Taking and processing reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Providing information about available services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolving customer queries and concerns related to reservations.
- Maintaining a detailed knowledge of products and services to offer effective assistance.
- Recording customer details and reservation information accurately in the system.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth reservation process.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (training will be provided).
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
