**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming premium residential project at Bangalore.
- Deliver positive customer experience during all interactions as the face of the company.
- Attend Customers, negotiating and bring leads to closures.
- Generate interest for repurchase and referrals and creation of pipeline from the existing client base.
- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tool.
- Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project
- Staying up to date with product & market knowledge
- Achieve revenue targets month on month basis.
- Prepare & maintain daily reports.

**Required Skills -**
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to interact with high profile clients.
- Self-motivated and result oriented, can work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
