Receptionist/administrator

1. smiling and pleasant personality.
2. should keep the reception area and guest sitting area presentable, getting cleaning done from time to time. Ensuring good fragrance in office.
3. receiving and seating people who come from outside. taking their details, offering water, check for purpose of meeting etc.
4. ensuring maintenance of all office electrical equipment, Wi-Fi, and overall upkeep of the office.
5. office samples, parcels, courier handling. (sending, receiving and their record updation)
6. upkeep of stationary inventory.
7. record keeping of office staff.
8. incharge for recording daily staff attendance, informing in case if any staff is absent or in case of non reporting.
9. coordination for samples sent, samples received.
10. incase there is any letter, sample for directors
- keep in their office.
11. ensuring fan/ac/lights are kept on before arrival of the directors and switching them off once they leave.
12. taking care of office repair, maintenance
- plumbing issues, getting broken things fixed.
13. if there is any important msg
- directors to be informed accordingly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
