Handling clients either offline or online
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure work is going smoothly in the office
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
- Call Clients as per the data provided & Handle Indiamart
- Maintain database of work records
- Take report & assign work to fellow collogues
- Directly give report to the owner of the company
- Track everybody's work & attendance

**Mandatory**:

- English Speaking & Writing
- Excel & MS Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
