Qualification - Any Graduate
Salary - Upto 3.24 lac
**Experience - Min. 3 yrs. in manufacturing / Industrial Product dealer / manufacturer**
**Location - Greater Noida**
For day to day coordination with good communication & decision making
skills
Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the management and staff.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring all deadlines and important dates are met.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other necessary documents.
Serve as a point of contact between the office staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication within the office, ensuring all staff are informed of relevant updates and changes.
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate department.
Coordinate with production departments to ensure alignment between office activities and manufacturing schedules.
Assist in maintaining records related to production schedules, inventory levels, and shipment tracking.
Support quality control documentation and compliance with industry standards.
Manage and process sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to track and follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
Assist in maintaining product catalogs, price lists, and promotional materials.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year
