*Key Responsibilities:*
- Coordinate between office and factory regarding material and purchase orders.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch reports in Excel.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage documentation and maintain records effectively.

*Requirements:*
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in office coordination is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
