Receptionist Office Administrative

**This role requires managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.**
**- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.**
**- Managing office supplies and inventory.**
**- Provide support with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging travel when necessary.**
**- Keep accurate records of visitors and manage appointment logs. Assist with filing and maintaining company documents and records.**
**- Coordinate with various departments such as Sales Operation, HR, and Purchase team to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the company.**
**- Coordinating shipping and receiving, including courier services and providing status report of such arrangement when necessary**
**- Organize and maintain administrative files.**
**- Handle document management tasks such as scanning and maintaining electronic and physical records.**
**- Connect with suppliers, service providers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and service.**
- **Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk representative.**
**- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Familiarity with phone systems, office equipment, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).**
**- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
