**Shift Timing-** 9-6PM/ Sunday Fixed Off **2 Yrs Bond**

**Languages-** Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, English any other languages will be given additional advantage.
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management Follow-up Coordinator. This role will play a crucial role in supporting our special projects team through effective project follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and project completion.
- Proactively monitor the progress of the projects assigned: Utilize project management tools to track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Regularly follow up with team members: Conduct individual and team check-ins to identify and address roadblocks, offer support, and celebrate successes.
- Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate problem-solving: Collaborate with team members and provide resources to overcome challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports and presentations: Generating Project report and dashboards and circulate it to the respective stakeholders.
- Project Documentation: Managing all project documentation and ensuring that all project records are up to date and accurate.
- Area of Improvement: Conducting NPD Project Postmortems and identify areas of Improvement and share lesson learned to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
