**Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Punjabi Speaker)**
**Location**: Noida, Sector 63 (On-site)
**Company**:Viable Outsource Solution
**Shift**: Night shift (9pm-6am)
**Language**: Punjabi
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication**:Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
**BPO & LPO Knowledge**: Provide insights on BPO/LPO services and ensure client needs are met.
**Sound Knowledge**: Sound knowledge in Customer support and client handling preferred.
Issue Resolution: Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely problem resolution.
**Quality Assurance**: Monitor service delivery quality and gather client feedback for improvement.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 0-1 years in customer support (BPO/LPO/sales experience preferred).
**Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and client handling abilities.
**Attributes**:Confident, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
