Office Assistant

**Office Maintenance**: Ensure that the office environment is clean and organized, including managing waste disposal, cleaning common areas, and replenishing office supplies.
- **Supply Management**: Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies, including stationery, kitchen essentials, and other necessary items.
- **Reception Support**: Greet visitors, manage deliveries, and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- **Administrative Assistance**: Support administrative staff with tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Set up meeting rooms, including arranging seating, providing refreshments, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
- **Mail Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.
- **Errands**: Run office errands, such as delivering documents or picking up supplies as needed.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Report any issues with office equipment (e.g., printers, phones) and assist with basic troubleshooting or arrange for repairs as necessary.
- **Support**: Assist staff with various tasks as needed, including providing general support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
