**Job Summary**:
Location: Ghatkopar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Setup and Logistics Support**:

- Assist in setting up event venues, including arranging furniture, equipment, and materials as required.
- Help with unloading and moving event supplies and equipment from storage or vehicles to the venue.
- Ensure all event-related materials are in place and organized for a smooth operation.
- **Venue Maintenance and Cleanliness**:

- Ensure the event venue is kept clean and tidy before, during, and after the event.
- Regularly clean and maintain event spaces, including restrooms, common areas, and any back-of-house spaces.
- Dispose of waste and ensure trash bins are emptied regularly during events.
- **Material Handling and Equipment Management**:

- Handle, transport, and arrange event equipment such as audio-visual equipment, chairs, tables, and decor items.
- Assist with basic equipment setup, such as microphones, projectors, and lighting under supervision.
- Ensure proper storage of event materials and equipment after use.
- **Support for Event Staff and Vendors**:

- Provide assistance to event coordinators, vendors, and other staff during event setup and execution.
- Deliver necessary documents, materials, or refreshments to event staff, speakers, or VIPs as needed.
- Help manage crowd control, guest assistance, and provide directions during events, when required.
- **Office and Administrative Assistance**:

- Run errands for the event operations team, including purchasing office supplies or picking up event materials.
- Serve refreshments or beverages to event attendees or staff during meetings or events.
- Assist with photocopying, document distribution, and other office-related tasks as needed.
- **Event Support During Execution**:

- Stand by during the event to assist with any immediate operational needs, such as replenishing materials or troubleshooting minor issues.
- Help manage attendee inquiries and ensure all guests are comfortable and attended to.
- Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown of the venue, ensuring all items are properly packed and stored.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining inventory of event materials and supplies, reporting when stocks are low.
- Ensure all event-related items are properly labeled and organized in storage areas.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in event operations, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of event setup procedures and logístical tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

**Preferred Skills**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
