Job Title: IT Sales Executive - 6 Months to 1 Year experience in IT Product
Location: Kochi, Kakkanad
**Job Type**: 1 Year Contract (Extandable)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Sales Executive. This entry-level position is perfect for a tech-savvy, results-driven individual who is eager to kick-start their career in sales within the IT industry. As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and services to clients.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for IT solutions.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
2. **Lead Generation**:
- Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, social media and field sales.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential to convert into clients.
3. **Sales Presentations**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our IT products and services.
- Clearly communicate technical information in a way that is easy for clients to understand.
4. **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
5. **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance against targets.
6. **Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
7. **Travel**:
- Should able to travel near by district for sales needs.
- Future international travels needed.
**Qualifications**:
1. **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2. **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
3. **Tech-Savvy**:
- Familiarity with basic IT concepts and emerging technologies.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
4. **Team Player**:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
