Role Overview:
We are looking for candidates who can Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options connecting with the client or reaching out to potential leads and handling the business efficiently.

Responsibilities: -
• Meeting with clients: Sales executives may meet with clients virtually or during sales visits. They may also cold call to
arrange meetings with potential customers.
• Demonstrating products: Sales executives may demonstrate and present products.
• Maintaining relationships: Sales executives may maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. They
may also provide support, information, and guidance to clients.
• Analyzing sales data: Sales executives may analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Developing strategies: Sales executives may develop sales strategies and set up goals. They may also position their
brand, products, and services.
• Negotiating contracts: Sales executives may negotiate contracts and packages.
• Creating proposals: Sales executives may create detailed proposal documents.
• Providing feedback: Sales executives may provide feedback to cross-functional teams for product development.

Requirements: -
• Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, specifically in field sales.
• The candidate must possess at least a degree qualification.
• Candidate should possess proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• The candidate should be proficient in English, Malayalam, and Hindi(Optional).
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
• Looking for individuals who can articulate the sales strategies they have employed in the past, including their
approach to prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Should maintain a consistent and successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to identify potential customers and approach them professionally and effectively.
• Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Passionate about sales.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Compensation and Benefits
We are offering a monthly salary of Rs. 20,000 along with incentives for each project completed, as well as travel allowances.
