Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing / Business Development Executive at Tranzmeo, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building strong networks.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the (specify industry or market segment) through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, outlining the value proposition and benefits of Tranzmeo's solutions.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management to support decision-making and planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 1-5 years in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the (specify industry or market segment).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and strategic approach to sales and business development.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
