**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in telephonic sales and lead generation.
- Strong expertise in closing sales, generate and convert leads.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and provide tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct high-quality outbound calls to warm leads and potential clients.
- Persuasively present products/services to achieve sales targets.
- Handle inquiries and promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Assess client needs, interests, and goals to recommend appropriate courses or programs.
- Provide expert guidance to professionals on available courses and career advancement opportunities.
- Ensure confidentiality in maintaining client records, assessments, and session notes.
