We specialize in general range products, and we are looking for a driven Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to join our team to help expand our market reach.
**Position Summary**:
The Pharmaceutical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to wholesalers & distributors. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, staying informed on industry trends, and achieving sales goals to support the company's growth in a highly competitive market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Promotion of Pharmaceutical Products**:
- Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical products to wholesalers and distributors.
- Schedule and conduct product presentations, and highlight key product benefits to potential clients.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the product uses, benefits, and features to encourage prescriptions and support product growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring regular contact and excellent customer service.
- Address client needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- Gather and report feedback on client needs, product trends, and market demand to the sales and product development teams.
- **Sales Planning & Achievement**:
- Develop and implement a sales plan to meet or exceed assigned targets in designated territories.
- Track and document all sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in CRM tools.
- Regularly report on sales performance, challenges, and achievements to management.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new releases, and industry regulations.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance knowledge of products and industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
