Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote our products to potential clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that arise.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager/Regional Sales Director.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
