Pharma Counsellor

Job Description:
As a Pharma Sales Counselor, your primary responsibility is to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and facilitate the sales process. You will work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to educate them about the benefits of the products you represent. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, providing product information and support, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers.

2. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

3. Educate healthcare providers about the features, benefits, and proper usage of pharmaceutical products.

4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.

5. Provide product samples, literature, and other promotional materials to healthcare providers.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

7. Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Pharmacology, Business, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.

5. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including indications, contraindications, and side effects.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
