Job Description:
Job Title**: Business Verification Executive (voice process )**

Job Overview: Business Verification Executive is responsible for verifying and updating business information to maintain the accuracy and reliability of listings on the platform. This role involves contacting businesses for confirmation of details and ensuring that the information presented to users is current and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verification Calls: Initiate outbound calls to businesses listed on ADROIT for the purpose of verification.
- Confirm and update essential details such as business name, address, contact details, and services offered.
- Verify the physical location of the business through telephone inquiries.
- Confirm that the business operates from the stated address.
- Contact Information Validation:

- Confirm the validity of contact numbers and other communication channels.
- Ensure that the provided contact details are accurate and operational.

Service or Product Verification:

- Validate the nature of products or services offered by the business.
- Confirm that the listed services align with the actual offerings.

Qualifications and Skills: Strong verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting information.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.
- Familiarity with local business operations and relevant regulations.

Education and Experience: A high school diploma is required and a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, business verification, or a related field is beneficial at least 6 month.

Languages : English (preferred) and Telugu (preferred).

Immediately Joining required.

Job location : Visakhapatnam.

Type of Job : onsite

Timings : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Working days : Mon to sat (26 days )
