**Role Purpose**

This role is responsible for the IT Technical Support for Serbia.

**What you will be doing**
- monitor and maintain user's computer systems and networks.
- Ensure personal computer systems are running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
- Have excellent network experience (Be able run network commands on PC and Laptops for trouble shooting).
- Must be capable of installing Network devices (Routers, Switches) as well as patching data points.
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

**What we are looking for**
- Proven analytical and IT Troubleshooting Skills that cover (but not limited to)
- Networking (Hardware installation - Routers & Switches), MS Windows and office 365 support, Printer setup and troubleshooting. Lan / Wan suppor
- Communication - Ability to communicate effectively and successfully at all levels in the organization and able to build positive working relationships.
- Problem solving - Quickly understanding the business with proven ability to identify, address and communicate issues and/or areas of improvement, proposing solutions and commit to correction.
- Data Management - Ability to summarize and present key information from big data.
