Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services and keep up to date with new releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues remotely.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system
- Conduct demos and presentations to prospects and customers and assist them with the setup and training of our products.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling other products.
- Comply with all the policies and procedures of the organization and adhere to the quality standards.
- Multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role in the US healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Windows OS, CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
