**Position Title**: Sales Executive
**Department**: Civil & Insulation
**Location**: Fazalganj, Kanpur Nagar
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the civil and insulation sector.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of civil and insulation products and services.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure proper documentation for orders, contracts, and client interactions.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the civil or insulation industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of civil and insulation products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
**Note: Own Vehicle (Bike/Scooty) is compulsory.**
